His expertise lies in Taxation, Project Financing and providing advisory services on regulatory requirements. In his capacity as the over all co-coordinator he will oversee the quality of services being provided.
Prasad is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He is in practice for about 10 years. He was Associated for over 4 years with M/s. S. B. Billimoria & Co., (Formerly member of Ernst & Young International and currently associates of Deloitte Haskins & Sells). The entrepreneurial quality in him drove him to start Spiritius Consulting. He has extensive experience in providing audit and other services to multinational clients. He has been exposed to high quality of professional services, which are in conformity with International Standards. Currently, Prasad is incharge
of audits and accounting services will be overall responsible for
all deliveriables. He would review all the work rendered so as to
